This approach builds strongly on the Logic Model/ Theory of Change for a program.
In the workshop we will identify how program planners/evaluators use the Theory of Change/ Logic Model to explicitly identify expectations for program outcomes. This will include the use of proven theoretical models and published literature/ reports that support and have proven to produce the desired outcomes. We will touch upon program fidelity as an essential concept and suggest how attribution of results can take place. Examples from past evaluations will be cited.
